When will pricing be released?

What is the square footage range?
We will have 3 distinctive home collections (or styles of homes) ranging from ~1550 square feet with lower maintenance living, up to ~4200 square feet!
Will ranch and two-story home plans be available?
Yes! We will have several ranch and two-story home plans available.
Are there home plans that can feature a basement?
Yes! We will have both ranch and two-story home plans that can accommodate a basement.
What are the amenities planned?
Millbrook will be an amenity-rich neighborhood with so much to do right at home. We will have a resort-style pool, clubhouse, pickleball & sport courts and more!
